3-What kind of person is the program looking for?

The only qualifications necessary are a caring heart and the ability to relate well to kids in grades K-12. Listeners/Oyentes are volunteers from the community who do not give advice and can remain as a non-judgmental, non-authority figure in the lives of the children that are selected to participate in the program.
