The Listeners/ Oyentes Program ® is about giving a self-esteem boost to children who benefit from extra attention. The program has been established for over 40 years and is sponsored by The Francine and Herbert Tobin Foundation and the Miami- Dade County Public Schools, Office of Community Services.
